Prices

The prices vary between 990,00 € and 1.490,00 € depending on category, length of stay and availability.

A parking space for one car is available on request. Extra charge 60,00 € per month.

Cancellation fees

The apartments or the room can be cancelled free of charge up to 10 days before arrival.

A later cancellation or no-show will be charged with 80% of the total price of the booking.

Minimum stay

The minimum stay is 30 days.

Equipment

All apartments are individually furnished and additionally equipped with a kitchenette or fitted kitchen. A washing machine and dryer are available for our guests.

An air conditioning system is available on request.

High Speed Internet is offered in the whole house.
